Return/Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

MVP Sales and Marketing strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide.

We ask that customers check all the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before placing the order. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery.  If you are not satisfied, please contact MVP immediately at 1-866-287-1008 before signing the delivery receipt.  Be sure to report any defects or damage that you note on the product when it is delivered to MVP immediately.

All sales are final, subject to this Return/Exchange policy.

Manufacturer’s Defects and Recalls

All manufacturing defects or damages present on a product must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. To report such a defect or damage to one of our products present at delivery, please contact us at:

With limited exceptions, all of the products offered on our website have a minimum of one-year manufacturer’s warranty (some exceptions may apply). The terms of any manufacturer’s warranty, if any, that applies to the product you are interested in, may be available on our website at mvpsales.ca, and/or will be provided in the packaging of the products themselves.

All product defects or recalls are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty that applies to the product you have purchased, not this MVP Return/Exchange Policy.

All defects will be inspected by a factory technician prior to Returns Authorization to assess the issue.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Except for any product marked as a ‘final’ sale (or similar) on our website or under this policy, you may request to return or exchange a product you have purchased on the website with in 15 days from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be new, unused, undamaged, unassembled, and with its original packaging. You must return all product components shipped to you to be eligible for a return or an exchange.  No returns or exchanges are permitted on used or installed products.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing by MVP prior to return shipment, drop-off or pickup of products.

If an exchange is approved by MVP in accordance with this Return/Exchange policy, we will complete the exchange for the same model.  At our discretion, a re-selection of approximately the same value as your initial purchase will be offered if no replacement is available.

All MVP authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated against the initial purchase price of the product, not including shipping charges or tax. If we approve a return, the amount you initially paid, less the 25% restocking fee, will be refunded to your initial method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Pickup orders (if and where we choose, in our sole discretion to offer them) require return-authorized returns/exchanges to be conducted at location of original pickup.

Any products that are approved for a return or exchange must be returned to MVP within 14 days of the approval date. Failure to return the product within 14 days will void the original approval and any return/exchange request will need to be resubmitted for review.

MVP reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return or exchange of products at any time and for any reason. All returns and exchanges are subject to the prior approval of MVP.

Floor Model/Open Box Policy

Floor models are meant for local delivery or pickup only in the vicinity of our Waterloo, Ontario distribution centre (as determined in our sole and absolute discretion) and may not have original interior or exterior packaging.

Floor model / open box pricing and/or discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.

All floor models and open box units are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

No floor model/open box unit can be reserved or held without the customer physically inspecting the unit on premise and making a non-refundable 45% deposit. Items must be paid in full and picked up or delivered within 7 days.

Floor models/ open box units are sold as-is, final sale, without exchange or refund. We make every effort to provide accurate information, however, subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or incorrect information.

Merchandise for which we offer a reduced price due to damage will be fully disclosed to the extent of our knowledge. Any cost for repairs or missing parts on such items is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancelling an Order that has not Shipped

Except for any product marked as a ‘final’ sale (or similar) on our website or under this policy, after you have placed an order on the website, you may cancel it within 24 hours of the time at which you had placed the order with no restocking fee. orders not canceled within the 24hrs are subject to a 25% non-refundable restocking fee calculated against the initial purchase price of the product, not including shipping charges or tax. If you cancel a purchase in accordance with this provision, the amount you initially paid, less the 25% restocking fee, will be refunded to your initial method of payment. Shipping charges will be refunded if your product has not been shipped at the time of cancelation. If the order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded, and you must return all product components shipped to you to be eligible for a cancelation. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. No cancellations are permitted on used or installed products.
